Happy New Year!!!!!!
I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a great start to the New Year. Now that the holidays are over we can get back to the important stuff ? What you got for Christmas Was it the Banjo Minnow, or the rocket fishing pole or even maybe the helicopter lure set. Gift Card should be mandatory.
Ok we are a few weeks away from the 2010 Tinley Park Outdoor Show and the Presidents meeting. So to start things off I’m going to call the top six ranked in points to see who is going to attend this years event at rend lake and if we are going to send a second team, Either way I need to establish the club roster and six man teams set before the President meeting Jan. 23rd . Also if you have something you feel that needs to brought up at the meeting send me your ideas. (please email them to me I’m working crazy hours and I will check for them late at night).
This year like past years we will be hosting Casting kids in the pool area , Make a Wish raffle at one of our tables, and I will also talk to Mike Utermark about getting a couple of the juniors “ off the hook” Bass Masters to represent there club. We are going to need the loyal patient club members to help in the pool area with the kids and if there are any wives willing to donate a little time that would be fantastic
The Board will be meeting the second Tuesday of this month Jan. 12th. First to plan the Tinley show, This year I would like to promote our club more, Along with our club open Tournament. Also if there are any ideas or other things you would like to see done send me a email so they can be brought up at the board meeting. As years past I am going to need to know what days you will be available, Set up will be Friday and the show is Saturday and Sunday.
